We want to make your return process as smooth as possible. If your order was delivered to one of the following countries, you can easily use our return portal to request a return:

Orders from Other Countries

If your order was shipped to a country not listed above, you’ll need to arrange the return yourself. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Contact Us:
    Reach out to our customer service team at support@cagedfight.com to notify us of your return. Include your order number and the reason for returning the item.

  2. Prepare Your Package:
    Ensure the item is in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached. Pack it securely to avoid damage during shipping.

  3. Ship the Package:
    Send your return to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely.

  4. Confirmation & Refund:
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 4 business days.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the order was delivered outside the countries listed above.
