MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TFC Trading Group B.V. reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to add, to change, update or modify these Terms and Conditions. Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the services. We suggest that you check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.

PRIVACY

TFC Trading Group B.V. uses personal information like your name, address, email, phone number only for the shipping of products. Personal information transmitted to us will never be sold or shared to third parties.

ACCOUNT

If you create an account on the services it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account information and password, and for protecting and restricting access to such information. You understand and agree that you are responsible for all activities that occur using your account or password.

OUR ITEMS

The images of the items on the website or mobile are for illustrative purposes only. We have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display can accurately display the colour of the item.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Acknowledgement of your order means that TFC Trading Group B.V. has received your order request. It does not mean that your order has been accepted or shipped.

TFC Trading Group B.V. always tries to keep items on stock and updated. We will verify the availability and price of an item before it is shipped. If an item’s correct price is higher than the stated price or if the item is no longer available we may cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation via email.

The prices displayed are quoted in Euros. Prices and availability information are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include delivery costs.

We offer the following payment options: iDeal, Paypal, Bank contact, Visa and Mastercard Credit Card.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your Credit Card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

DELIVERY

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. Once the order is received, you can send the item(s) back by following our return policy. Please allow at least 3-5 business days for order processing and verification.

For international orders, please allow at least 5-7 business days for order processing and verification. Please note that you are responsible for paying the delivery costs at checkout (including costs of return). Caged B.V. will not calculate, invoice or collect any taxes, duties, import fees or charges other than shipping costs at checkout.

Purchased items will be delivered by PostNL in the Netherlands and Belgium, worldwide by our delivery service DPD. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a track and trace number​. We can not be held responsible for late deliveries, because we do not have control over this.

We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEM(S)

TFC Trading Group B.V. will make an effort to deliver the ordered item(s) by complete and in good condition. We are not responsible for any missing or damaged items caused by the delivery company. In case that the delivered item(s) are damaged or not complete, we request you to contact us as soon as possible.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

TFC Trading Group B.V. offers you the option to return certain items within 30 days of purchase. Certain items are non-returnable (hand wraps, mouthguard). All items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original Caged tags still attached. Items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. TFC Trading Group B.V. reserves the right to refuse return of any product that does not meet to these conditions. Any costs sustained by the customer to return a product are non-refundable. When returning products, please make sure that the delivery is traceable because we are not responsible for any damage or losses done by the delivery company. As soon as we received your return, it will take approximately 3 business days to process your refund.

MISCELLANEOUS

TFC Trading Group B.V. reserves the right to monitor any and all use of the Services. TFC Trading Group B.V. also reserves the right to investigate and take legal action against any illegal and/ or unauthorized use of the Services and/ or materials.

These Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between you and TFC Trading Group B.V. with respect to the subject matter and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written, oral, or otherwise.
